This is accomplishable due to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager interface. The other web hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered only with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have 2 separate web hosting user accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/administration functions. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no web hosting CP possibility.

Hosted Domains ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available web hosting CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your website names in one web hosting user account.
